On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) took effect and provides guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who reside in the European Union (EU).

VenueNext is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our software and to helping our customers and their end-users understand and exercise their rights under the GDPR. We have updated our policies that align with our GDPR Compliance Statement.

Here’s a brief overview of our GDPR Compliance Statement:

We confirm that we do not sell or use personal information for marketing purposes and that we support all end-user privacy rights provided under the GDPR. We process personal information only on documented instructions from you as defined in the Data Processing Agreement. We do not retain, use, or disclose any personal information of your end-users for any other purpose other than to perform the services specified in our contract with you. VenueNext does not transfer any personal information across borders.

VenueNext has the appropriate technical and organisational measures in place. Furthermore, as your processor, we will assist you in responding to any requests by an end-user regarding the correction, erasure, or restriction of their personal information that we possess.

In providing our services, we may use the personal information of your end-users to maintain or service accounts, provide customer service, process or fulfill orders and transactions, verify customer information, process payments, and provide advertising, marketing, or analytic services.

These changes do not affect the use of our services by your end-users. They may continue to access our software services as usual and in accordance with our revised policies
